Trip overview
They say that traveling strengthens the heart, and makes you forget what’s inside, but the truth is traveling helps you know yourself more than ever. Aviaral organizes a special adventure for you, traveling through the desert of Jordan from Amman to the Dead Sea where we enjoy its relaxing saline waters, exploring Wadi Rum in a 4×4 vehicle and camping in its beautiful desert where Lawrence of Arabia was, visiting historical cities and unique archaeological sites in the world, and getting to know the rose of the desert, the Nabataean city of Petra.
Day-by-day itinerary

Departure on regular flight to Amman. Arrival and transfer to the hotel of chosen category. Dinner (provided arrival at the hotel is before 9:00 p.m.). Accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure to the Dead Sea, going down to almost 400 meters below sea level, where we can enjoy a swim. Transfer to your hotel, free afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast and departure to Madaba. Arrival and visit of the church of Saint George... Continuation to Mount Nebo... We continue to Shobak castle. Continuation to Petra.

Breakfast. Day entirely dedicated to visiting Petra... The tour begins at the Tomb of the Obelisks, continuing through the Siq... the Treasury. Continuation to the Monastery 'El Deir'. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Excursion to the Wadi Rum desert and ride in 4x4 vehicles. We will enter the pink sands of this desert... Then transfer to Aqaba. Rest of the day free at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast. Free morning, then transfer to Amman. Arrival at your hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Next, we will take the Amman city tour, which includes the Citadel, the Archaeological Museum and the Roman Theater. Later, we will visit Jerash... Then we will visit the Ajloun Castle. Return to Amman. Dinner and overnight.

Frequently asked questions
You must bring your passport, swimwear if traveling to the Red Sea or floating in the Dead Sea, winter clothes if camping in the Wadi Rum desert.
The weather is variable... summers are long, very hot, arid and clear and winters are cold and mostly clear.
The country is very safe and respectful of foreigners, and women have full rights.
You should always have medical insurance... The healthcare system is very different from Europe.
The best time to travel to Jordan is spring and autumn...
Tipping is not mandatory, but it is expected. If you are satisfied with the services, it is a good way to show your appreciation.
