Trip overview
The further you go, the closer you get to yourself. You will not be the same after having seen the moon shine on the other side of the world. In one week, Aviaral will take you to discover a country at your fingertips, visiting historic cities and desert castles, exploring the Wadi Rum desert, discovering the rose of the desert ”Petra” and enjoying the waters of the Dead Sea and its relaxing saline waters.
Day-by-day itinerary

Departure on regular flight to Amman. Arrival and transfer to the hotel of chosen category. Dinner (provided arrival at the hotel is before 9:00 p.m.). Accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure to the Dead Sea, going down to almost 400 meters below sea level, where we can enjoy a swim. At the end of the visit return to Amman, free afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast and departure to Madaba. Arrival and visit of the church of Saint George... Continuation to Mount Nebo... We continue to Shobak castle. Continuation to Petra.

Breakfast. Day entirely dedicated to visiting Petra... The tour begins at the Tomb of the Obelisks, continuing through the Siq... the Treasury. Continuation to the Monastery 'El Deir'. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Excursion to the Wadi Rum desert and ride in 4x4 vehicles. We will enter the pink sands of this desert... Dinner and accommodation in a camp.

Breakfast. Departure to Amman. Free day, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Next, we will take the Amman city tour, which includes the Citadel, the Archaeological Museum and the Roman Theater. Later, we will visit Jerash... Then we will visit the Ajloun Castle. Return to Amman. Dinner and overnight.

Frequently asked questions
You must bring your passport, swimwear if traveling to the Red Sea or floating in the Dead Sea, winter clothes if camping in the Wadi Rum desert.
The weather is variable... summers are long, very hot, arid and clear and winters are cold and mostly clear.
The country is very safe and respectful of foreigners, and women have full rights.
You should always have medical insurance... The healthcare system is very different from Europe.
The best time to travel to Jordan is spring and autumn...
